Who we are

ZE STUDIO is a photography studio based at Ūdens iela 20, Riga, LV-1007, Latvia. For any privacy questions, contact us at hello@zestudio.lv.

What we collect

1. Contact information you provide

When you email us or contact us via WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver our services. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for the business relationship, and delete it when no longer relevant.

2. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, how people found us, and general usage patterns. This data is anonymised/aggregated where possible and is not used to identify you personally.

Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can accept, decline, or manage your cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" control on the site.

Google may process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States), under Google's standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.

3. Hosting

This site is hosted on Squarespace, Inc., which processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as necessary to serve the website securely. See Squarespace's own privacy policy for details.

- Responding to your enquiries: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps at your request.

- Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- request access to the personal data we hold about you;

- request correction or deletion of your data;

- object to or restrict certain processing;

- request a copy of your data in a portable format;

- withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time;

- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv.
